A visit to UNESCO heritage site Ait Benhaddou

We recently returned from a buying trip, this time to the ancient walled city of Ait Benhaddou. Located in the province of Ouarzazate on the historical trade route between Marrakech and the Sahara, the fortified town is distinguished by its large Kasbah forts and numerous clay palaces and homes which embody typical Moroccan architecture.
